Resources for You

Young people need spaces, communities, and resources to self-care and live healthy and long lives. During a time when states are attempting to legislate away young people’s access to reproductive health care, the need to have inclusive communities are more important than ever.

Today, Peer Health Exchange is launching selfsea, a peer-to-peer platform with free resources, support, and stories from young people who’ve been there. selfsea is for young people (ages 13-18) designed as a safe space to discuss and share knowledge on identity, mental health, and sexual health. On selfsea, young people will be able to find forums, and curated support on 20+ topics including addiction, anxiety, body image, bullying, family relationships, grief & loss, sexual health, mental health, stress, and more. Tens of thousands of young people are already benefitting from being part of selfsea. To get access to selfsea, young people can visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). selfsea’s wider video library and educational resources are accessible from any device at https://bit.ly/selfsea_Luannee
